Doylestown Hospital is a comprehensive, community-focused healthcare facility serving patients and families in the northern suburban communities of Philadelphia, including Bucks and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania and Hunterdon and Mercer Counties in New Jersey.

Doylestown Hospital's Cancer Program

Doylestown Hospital's Cancer Institute is committed to a comprehensive and integrated approach to treating cancer. From the day of diagnosis, our medical staff collectively works with patients to create a plan of care. Along with cancer program medical oncologists, radiologists, radiation oncologists, surgeons, pathologists and appropriate sub-specialists, patients choose the treatment modalities that are right for them. Doylestown Hospital became a member of the Penn Cancer Network in 1992.

The Cancer Institute is located in the Pavilion, an onsite Medical Office Building attached to the hospital. Nurses specially trained and certified in oncology nursing, staff our 14-bay treatment area. The center includes physician offices, exam rooms, onsite pharmacy services, clinical research, cancer registry and administrative offices.

Doylestown Hospital Cancer Institute also offers:

• Multidisciplinary team approach to coordinate the best treatment options available
• Participation in Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) clinical trials
• Expanded education and screening programs for breast, colorectal, prostate and skin cancers
• Lymphedema Management provided by certified therapists trained in Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT)
• Partnership with the American Cancer Society for the Cansurmount, Reach to Recovery, Look Good Feel Better, Man to Man, and I Can Cope support programs
• Active cancer volunteer program
