Foundation Gala Celebrates Penn Cancer Therapy Breakthrough

Research led by Carl June, MD, director of Translational Medicine for the Abramson Cancer Center and a professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, is featured in a Greenwich News-Times article about the 10th anniversary gala for the Alliance for Cancer Gene Therapy, a foundation which provided funding for June's work using a gene therapy approach to treat an advanced form of leukemia.
