Tumor-Targeting T Cells Engineered

Michael Kalos, PhD, an adjunct associate professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine and director of the Translational and Correlative Studies Laboratory, is quoted in an article in The Scientist about a new study showing that genetically engineered T cells made from pluripotent stem cells can effectively wipe out tumors in a mouse model of lymphoma.
